We had a great day picking apples from the Happy Apple Farm a couple of weekend back.  The day was surprisingly really warm but the apples were ready for picking!

Madison LOVED eating the apples.  She could not put them down. 

And yes, I know the dress is strawberries but that was the closest thing to apples ;)

Maybe a little tired and hot.  Poor girl!

Darcy threw my baby shower for Madison and again for our little boy.  The shower was very last minute and we decided to go to a restaurant so no one had to clean or cook.  The turnout was great, even for a only a few days notice, and we (especially me) had such a great time.  We enjoyed delicious meals and great cupcakes (like, really, really, good cupcakes)

Here is about half the clothes I got.  I already had quite a bit of clothes, thanks to my good friend Ali, so even though all of it was adorable I really tried to narrow it down so I could get a few older 6-12 month outfits.  And yes, there is a football pajama outfit in there and yes, Ben did look at me crazy.

 

I got great summer deals with some of the baby shower money.  $12 for all of this.  Yes, I am not even kidding!!!!  You wonder how......

Thats how!!  Yea for 90% off AND an additional 20% while using my Kohls card!!!!!!!!  LOVE THE SALES!!!

Madison kept patting the seat next to her until Daddy would sit down.  Then he was in there for about 30 minutes :)  How adorable are my two favorites!!  (oh and Abby Cadabby, one of Madison's very favorites on Sesame Street!)

38 weeks

I sit here wondering, am I going to have a baby today. 

Two nights ago I was at the hospital for dehydration and LOTS of contractions but unfortunately after meds and 2 Liters of fluid I felt much better.  Contractions stopped.  We went home.

This morning I woke up to contractions every 15 minutes and have been having them most of the day but I just don't feel them getting worse....

Ugh.

Why can't it be a flashing red sign saying "YOU ARE GOING TO HAVE A BABY TODAY!"  Wouldn't that be so much easier. 

Please pray for us and our safe journey.  May it be today or in the coming days.

October 6th is the due date....But when will his birthday be is the real question?!?!
