loving on mommy

I was trying to be productive and do some blogging.   What better way to entertain your daughter than give her your cell phone (one of the many inappropriate toys I give to my daughter in desperate times, i.e IPad).  Ben decided he needed to catch the moment.

With that cute smile how could I continue!  I just had to enjoy some snuggle time with my little lady.

Madison was so excited to see Daddy this morning! She loved his crazy hair the most!

After Madison's bath she HATES getting a diaper and clothes on.  When I say hate I mean:

1.) Screaming
2.) Flaying
3.) Kicking
4.) High Pitch Squealing

Just when we thought we tried everything, we came up with this idea:

Yep, that is a $600 IPad2.  You may think we are crazy and I would not argue but tonight I just couldn't handle it.  So I felt it was worth $600;  Crazy as it may sound!

first steps

Madison took 5 steps at 9 1/2 months and ever since we have been waiting patiently for our little girl to start walking. Today was the day!!! We are such proud parents. Mommy shed a few tears knowing her little baby girl is growing up at a much too fast rate.

Mommy and Daddy

Madison loves to give what we have now called the "growl face."  She can even do it on demand. 

The face all started when I would give her food.  She furrows her eyebrows down and gives a mean face.  Then it advanced to furrowing, mean face and the head stilt down.  If I wasn't laughing so hard I would tell her to stop!  It is so funny!

So we begin the night with Mommy and Madison in our pajamas just waiting patiently to go to bed.

Then it happens!!!!

Just kidding.  I am giving the growl face one minute and the smiles the next!



Yep, I am getting another tooth on the bottom!  Drool to prove it!





She is the funniest little lady!
