Vacation: Taking a pleasure trip

 

That is exactly what we did. 

 

Having the beach close has been amazing {ie the amount of posts related to the beach}.  We have been taking full advantage.  Our recent trip was to Surfside Beach.  What a great surprise.  The sand was softer, the beach a bit more inviting and the water bluer!  Jackpot!!! 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Madison LOVES the ocean. I mean to the point that one of her first questions in the morning is "Ocean?" She meets new friends and just runs full bore to the water. My little water worm is going to have no problem spending weekends at the beach this summer.

 

 

 

Taking a little siesta

 

Ben always says, "I feel like I am on vacation."  I DO TOO!  The whole swimming in the ocean, warm sun and the salty air always is reminiscent of the vacations we have had.  We go to the ocean to vacation and now, we can go anytime we want.  This may take a few months to get used to!
