no judging

I have been wanting to take pictures of our house for awhile.  I am the same way, when someone moves I want to see where they end up, the house they chose, how they decorated and do a mental comparison (unintentionally) of what their old house was.  Well, I am going to help you do that by putting up a comparison of our home in CO and our new rental home.

Eventually we hope to buy but I feel like we just got settled.  And we aren't even completely there.  The garage is still filled with boxes of tools and work area related items.  Ben has a total of 6 hours since we arrived to focus on any of it.  Poor guy!

I literally unpacked the entire house.  Ask Ben and he would agree.  He may have helped me lift furniture to different places or put together furniture we took apart but besides that, the clothes in our closets, the toys scattered everywhere, all the items in the kitchen...Yep that was all this Momma!

Speaking of Ben, he is enjoying his new position.  There has yet to be a day he gets out at 4 nor has there been a day where a new issue doesn't arise.  Oh the joys of management.  He handles the stress amazingly well (I would be a basket case) and is always helpful with the kids when he gets home.  He leaves the house around 5:30 AM and doesn't get home until about 6:00 PM.  That is one long day.

Anyway, I have gotten off track....

Here are the photos.  Please let me know what you think.  I always love feedback/advice/critiques (only nice ones).

I need better pictures of the kitchen.  But here you can sort of tell.  The kitchen is upgraded which I love.  The granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances but the cabinets remain basic.  Again for a rental I think overall the kitchen is great.  The open concept continues which is a must while watching the kids.

There are only 3 bedrooms so while Carson is still young we can just move him to our huge walk in closet with out a problem.

The play area is fantastic!  There is a splash pad (basically water fountains coming out of the ground), a play ground, covered picnic area and tennis courts!

Other than the messy room Madison's room is coming together

We love color on our walls so the stark white has been a bit of an adjustment.  Overall the house is  great!
